DOORSTORM

Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 7, 2026

This policy explains what information Doorstorm: Escape Room Puzzles (“Doorstorm”, “the game”, “we”) handles and why. The game works without an account: we never ask for your name, email address or a login.

1. Information stored on your device

Your progress (completed and skipped levels, stars), coins, costumes, settings (language, sound, graphics) and whether you bought the ad-free pack are saved only on your device. The game also keeps a small technical log of in-game events and errors on your device to help diagnose problems; it is not sent to us. If your device backup (Google or iCloud) is turned on, your operating system may include this data in that backup under your own account. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data deletes it.

2. Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see your payment details. The store only tells the game that a purchase succeeded (with a transaction identifier) so that your coins or ad-free pack can be delivered.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game shows optional rewarded ads and, unless you buy the ad-free pack, occasional ads between levels. Ads are provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC). To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect information such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, approximate location derived from it, device and app information, and how you interact with ads. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the game asks for your consent through Google's consent form before personalized ads are shown; you can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy options. On iOS, ads are personalized only if you allow tracking when asked; you can change this in your device settings. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.

4. Children

Doorstorm is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone other than the service providers described above (Google and Apple), which process it under their own privacy policies.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or Turkey's KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data and to object to its processing. Because we keep no personal data on our own servers, you can delete the game's data by uninstalling it and manage advertising data with the options above or Google's tools. For any question or request, contact us.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
